Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Delivery & Tracking
Kannibalen Records processes orders on weekdays. Your order will be shipped within 5 business days from our home base in Montreal. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. If you want tracking for your product, select a tracked shipping method when checking out. If you have any question about shipping, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders shipping to Canada
1 to 5 business days for delivery
Orders shipping to the USA
4 to 10 business days for delivery
Rest of world
10 to 15 business days for delivery
*Shipping rates and delays may differ for remote areas. If you need accelerated delivery service, please contact email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org.
Kannibalen Records is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fee collected from the destination country, prior to ordering.
Returns & Refunds
We will accept exchanges or returns within 30 days of receipt. If the return and/or exchange is due to an internal error including defective merchandise, or a wrong item sent out, Kannibalen Records will incur all shipping costs.
If the return and/or exchange is due to an item that does not fit, or you are not satisfied with the product you ordered and would like to exchange it for a different size and/or style, you will be financially responsible for shipping the item back to Kannibalen Records, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to your respective country.
After 30 days of purchase, we will only accept returns on damaged or defective merchandise.
Kannibalen Records is not responsible for lost or stolen packages/orders sent internationally using a "NON TRACKABLE" delivery option.
Here is a checklist for your consideration to see if you are eligible for a refund or an exchange:
- Original packaging
- Order receipt within 30 days
Refunds: Once the return has been approved, you will be refunded the amount you paid for the returned item(s), via the same means used to make your purchase. The original shipping charge is not refunded.
Exchanges: Once the item has been returned to us, we will exchange it with the correct size or item. If the item you wish to exchange is not of the same value, then you will be credited the amount for the returned item(s), including taxes. The exchange will be processed as a new order. Your original form of payment will be credited, and you will then have to purchase the correct item. All exchanges depend on existing stock.
Any item(s) purchased at regular price before the start of a sale may not be exchanged for items at sale price. We will not issue a credit for the difference in price on items purchased before the start of a sale. All orders purchased during sales are final, there are no exchanges or refund.
